Based in our flagship London Studio, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences, managing the Studio’s day-to-day operations and events, and localising our marketing strategy in alignment with our global vision.Key ResponsibilitiesStudio Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the V-ZUG London Studio, including team scheduling, showroom presentation, and customer consultancies.Client Experience: Host and inspire high-end clients—including private homeowners, architects, and interior designers—through expert knowledge and warm, sophisticated service.Local Marketing Coordination: Implement and adapt brand marketing initiatives for the UK and Ireland in close collaboration with our Swiss headquarters.Event Management: Curate and execute high-calibre events, in partnership with key internal stakeholders such as the Projects Director, Head of the Gourmet Academy, and the Customer Services Director.Systems Management: Maintain CRM and booking systems to ensure operational excellence and sales support across teams.Brand Representation: Act as a local ambassador of the V-ZUG brand, contributing to our international Studio network and community.Your ProfileA highly elegant and intuitive salesperson with a proven track record of hosting and engaging high-net-worth individuals.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to unite cross-functional teams.Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, design, or high-end appliances is highly desirable.Exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.Confident in delivering presentations and creating memorable customer journeys.Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.Familiarity with CRM platforms and Adobe InDesign.Passionate about design, innovation, and luxury living.Apply now to be part of a growing international brand and help shape the presence of V-ZUG in the UK and Ireland.Please contact Gemma Creasey at Oval Deene Recruitment on 01933 449975 or email your CV and cover letter to gemma@ovaldeene.co.ukOval Deene Recruitment (Part of Simon Acres Group) are exclusively recruiting on behalf of V Zug.
