- Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation.
- Day-to-day bookkeeping including invoice processing, making payments, bank reconciliations and overseeing treasury functions
- Month-end prep and close including posting journals, accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliation and fixed asset register review
- Budgeting and forecasting duties
- Support with site P&L
- Variance analysis and reporting
- Ad hoc duties on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Experience and desire to oversee both transactional and month end tasks
- Be qualified by experience or part-qualified
- Have a helpful and flexible approach
- Have previously worked in the Manufacturing industry
