- Providing a consistent, responsive, high quality employee relations advisory and support service to managers and staff within the Trust.
- Overseeing and supporting a range of complex and sensitive employment matters including but not limited to disciplinary, concerns resolution, capability, and safeguarding cases.
- Leading on the update and revision of HR Policies, guidance and document templates as requested.
- Coaching / mentoring other members of the People Services Advisory Team to improve the skills and experience.

- CIPD Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent level of training and experience.
- Demonstrable experience in a HR advisory role.
- Recent experience of managing a variety of complex ER case load.
- Experience of policy formulation and review considering current employment legislation.
- Demonstrable experience of designing and delivering management training/briefing sessions
- Up to date knowledge of employment law, ACAS Code of Practice and recent practical experience of its application.
- Understanding of employee relations processes such as disciplinary, grievance, capability and dignity at work.
- CIPD Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent level of training and experience.
- Demonstrable experience in a HR advisory role.
