The search is now on for a Lettings Manager or a Senior Lettings Negotiator who will head up a cold start lettings operation working within an already established Estate Agency.The search is now on for a Lettings Manager or a Senior Lettings Negotiator who will head up a cold start lettings operation working within an already established Estate Agency where there are between 15 to 20 landlords who would be ready to instruct with their properties once a successful candidate has been found. You will receive an initial 3 month salary guarantee of £30,000 pro-rata and then a £25,000 basic salary plus 10% commission on all new lets plus 10% commission on the managed portfolio consting currently of 4 properties. There is also the option being offered of taking up a self-employed position with a 50/50 commission split. We are ideally looking for someone with existing ARLA qualifications however, to gain your ARLA qualification is 120 hours of study and this will paid for at no cost to you. Once established you would then be able to recruit your own team. Lettings Manager Would ideally suit someone already working as a Lettings Manager in a relatively small branch, or alternatively, a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager in a larger company who believes there are limited opportunities to progress their career further with their existing employer and has limited earning potential.
