Its products are designed to elevate everyday routines, offering both functional and aesthetically pleasing items, including a range of skincare, bath, and hand care collections.The RoleAdministrative support to the Warehouse Operations Manager and the wider warehouse team to ensure the efficient delivery of key business objectives. The position involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, including customers, suppliers, transport personnel, quality control teams, customer service, marketing, and finance.Key responsibilitiesThe main responsibilities include reviewing sales orders, checking stock allocation, and releasing orders for picking in line with planned collections. Additionally, the role requires liaising with drivers to ensure timely loading and unloading, printing and managing appropriate shipment documentation, and coordinating with the customer service team regarding daily dispatches. The Warehouse Office Administrator will also be responsible for supporting the investigation of customer queries, processing goods received, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting order picking, packing, and vehicle loading/unloading as needed. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure, with a focus on maintaining smooth and effective warehouse operations.The PersonEducation/Qualifications:The ideal candidate should have a minimum of GCSE-level qualifications, with a particular focus on English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications that demonstrate foundational numeracy and literacy skills.Experience and Skills:A basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word is required, alongside experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), which is essential for this role. Experience in working within a seasonally impacted warehouse environment would be advantageous, as it would provide the candidate with the ability to handle fluctuations in workflow efficiently.Personal Qualities/Behaviours:The role is well-suited for an individual who enjoys a varied and dynamic working environment.
