Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and hands-on Sales & Warehouse Administrator to join our clients growing team based in Redditch. This is a dual-role position combining sales order processing and customer service with warehouse support, ensuring the smooth flow of orders from receipt to dispatch.This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and ideally, experience using Sage 200.Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and enquiries accurately and efficiently using Sage 200
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service via phone and email
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders
  • Support warehouse operations including Goods in and out
  • Picking and packing
  • Inventory checks and stock control
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for both sales and warehouse functions
  • Provide general administrative support as required
  • Work flexibly across departments to meet business needs
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales order processing and customer service
  • Working knowledge of Sage 200 (essential or highly desirable)
  • Experience in a warehouse or stock control environment
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to work flexibly across teams
  • Good attention to detail and time management
