Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and hands-on Sales & Warehouse Administrator to join our clients growing team based in Redditch. This is a dual-role position combining sales order processing and customer service with warehouse support, ensuring the smooth flow of orders from receipt to dispatch.This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and ideally, experience using Sage 200.Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and enquiries accurately and efficiently using Sage 200
- Deliver a high standard of customer service via phone and email
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders
- Support warehouse operations including Goods in and out
- Picking and packing
- Inventory checks and stock control
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for both sales and warehouse functions
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Work flexibly across departments to meet business needs
- Previous experience in sales order processing and customer service
- Working knowledge of Sage 200 (essential or highly desirable)
- Experience in a warehouse or stock control environment
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to work flexibly across teams
- Good attention to detail and time management
