With a commitment to delivering high-quality projects and a strong emphasis on community values, this is an opportunity not to be missed!Role Purpose:As a Construction Project Manager, you will prepare and oversee construction projects for delivery on-site. You will play a pivotal role in managing special projects that require careful planning, design, and execution. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Project Preparation: Scope, design, and tender special projects as standalone initiatives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to regulations from the Building Safety Regulator and obtains necessary planning consents.
  • Planning for the Future: Manage projects that span multiple years, ensuring long lead times and planning stages are accounted for.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the home ownership section for leaseholder consultations and work with planning and building control teams for timely consent applications.
  • Resource Management: Plan and organise pre-construction stages, identifying clear milestones and resource requirements.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with procurement colleagues to establish a robust supply chain, actively participating in planning and evaluating tenders.
  • Efficient Handover: Package work effectively for the Capital Delivery team, ensuring projects can commence on-site without delay.
