- Proven experience in pre-construction, project management, or similar roles within office fit-out or workplace refurbishment.
- Strong competency in managing early-stage project tasks: feasibility planning, cost estimating, client consultation, and specification drafting.
- Exceptional organisational ability to oversee multiple project phases-from design through quality handover.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, design teams, and site staff.
- Meticulous mindset with a passion for high-quality delivery and enduring client satisfaction.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to balance consultancy-style client engagement with efficient project execution.
- £40,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
