- An appropriate degree in social science or humanities, including a qualitative research component.
- Evidence of successfully completing training in Data Management Planning, Open Research, and Data Security.
- Experience of implementing Research Data Management policies, and of good practice during a research project.
- Demonstrable understanding of ethical issues related to qualitative health research data management.
- Excellent skills in planning, organising, prioritising, and time management, with the ability to manage a diverse workload, identifying priorities and being flexible when they shift, while still meeting key targets.
