💰 Salary: £90 - £100 per day (depending on experience)Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? We are looking for a caring, patient, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and nurturing mainstream primary school in Northampton.This role involves working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive both socially and academically.Key Responsibilities:
-Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN
-Implement personalised learning strategies and interventions
-Work collaboratively with teachers and external professionals
-Monitor and record pupil progress
-Promote inclusion and encourage independenceWe're Looking For Someone Who:
-Has experience supporting children with SEN (in education or care settings)
-Is calm, compassionate, and resilient
-Can build positive relationships with children and staff
-Is flexible, proactive, and a team player
-Has good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
