The Security, Integrity, Investigations, and IP (SI3) group in Legal is seeking an experienced professional to support our law enforcement operations, partner, and investigations teams, overseeing and coordinating priority programs to ensure they align with key org goals and KPIs. The Law Enforcement Analytics and Programs (LEAP) team unlocks Meta's need to balance public safety, user privacy, and compliance obligations at scale through strategic coordination, technical leadership, and program management across Security, Integrity, Investigations (SI2) legal and its partners. This role will work closely with high level and executive leaders across Legal teams to execute operational projects on high-priority issues and develop an evergreen program to monitor and drive operational health, efficiency, and scaling across operations teams handling government data disclosures, sensitive integrity investigations, and signals sharing. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires advanced analytical / problem solving skills, leadership, organization, communication skills, and experience leveraging influence and data to manage various teams and stakeholders effectively.
