Our commitment to the wellbeing and development of our people is at the forefront of our culture.We are currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Office Coordinator for our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The Londoner.Overview:An amazing opportunity to join the Housekeeping Team at The Londoner as an Office Coordinator.As a Housekeeping Office Coordinator your role will be to support the Executive Head Housekeeper in the day-to-day administration duties for the housekeeping team.You will support the allocation of credits to the room attendant team making sure that all rooms are covered to be cleaned that day. You will allocate jobs as required to the House Stewards ensuring that there is an organise schedule of public are cleaning.You will ensure stock control is maintained and deal with contractors in an effective and timely manner.You will ensure guest expectations are exceeded at all times and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience at The Londoner.You will support with recruitment onboarding and timesheetsDemonstrates a proactive to seeking feedback and evaluating service levels.
