Are you an experienced D365 Developer looking for your next contract with a leading IT services powerhouse, known for large-scale digital transformation in the public and private sectors?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high-impact delivery team on a fully remote basis. You'll be working on a major customer experience programme, with a focus on Omnichannel and CoPilot Studio for Customer Service, and will be expected to hit the ground running within an enterprise-scale Microsoft environment.Security Clearance Active UK SC clearance is essential. Candidates without current SC clearance cannot be considered due to project requirements.Key Technical Skills & Experience Customer Engagement Solutions
- Hands-on configuration of Omnichannel & CoPilot Studio for Customer Service
- Setup and optimisation of live chat, voice, digital messaging, and IVR using CoPilot Studio
- Building apps and automations using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and CoPilot Studio
- Strong understanding of ALM, solution layering, source control, and CI/CD pipelines
- Customisations and workflows within D365 CE
- Proficient in JavaScript, Custom Actions, and business process workflows
- Proficiency in C# (.NET), JavaScript, HTML, SQL
- Integrations via Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault
- Experience with enterprise-scale Dataverse architecture & governance
- Performance tuning, security configuration, and data modelling
- Agile delivery with Azure DevOps
- Automation of deployments and environment management
- Strong use of XRM Toolbox for administration and diagnostics
- Initial 3-month contract with likely extensions
- Fully remote (UK-based work only)
