We are looking for a Data and Equality Officer to join our IT central teams. You will help us to ensure that we have the data we need to understand the experience of our diverse staff and students in the University. You will have good data handling skills and knowledge of gender equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) issues. You will bring us your ideas for inclusive service design, EDI and organisational change.This role was created as part of our approach to new ways of working and our commitment to ensuring that our IT services and projects challenge the structural biases and assumptions of the past.This post is full-time (35 hours per week), however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.The salary for this post is £34,610 to £39,906 per annum.Your skills and attributes for success:
