Job DescriptionHGV Class 1 DriverPertemps Burton are currently recruiting for multiple HGV Class 1 Driver to work for a client based in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire.The HGV Class 1 Driver will have the following:
  • Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
  • Held your category for a minimum of 2yrs
  • 6 Months driving experience in the last 2yrs
Shift patterns available are as follows:
  • 5/6 shifts per week available including weekends
  • start times between 00:00 - 04:00
  • start times between 18:00 - 22:00
  • All shifts are pre-booked at least 1 week in advance with the same start times for all shifts
The HGV Class 1 Driver duties will include:
  • Trunking and trailer swapping
  • No store deliveries or hand-balling
  • Occasional tail-lift and cage work but not often
