A well-regarded mainstream secondary school in the heart of Bournemouth is seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time basis.This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable classroom experience within a supportive and inclusive school environment. The successful candidate will step into a pivotal role, helping to maintain continuity of learning during teacher absences by delivering pre-prepared lessons and managing classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policies.The school prides itself on fostering a welcoming and collaborative ethos, where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential and staff are valued for their contributions. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
