- Provide specialist input including functional assessments, equipment provision, and adaptation recommendations.
- Collaborate with other social care professionals to achieve a holistic approach to intervention
- Promote independence, safety, and wellbeing through strength-based approaches, commissioning proportionate, person-centred care.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a qualified and HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with:- Experience in community, hospital, or local authority settings.
- Knowledge of physical and mental health conditions and their impact on function.
- Skills in the functional assessment of adults with a range of physical and mental health conditions.
- Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills.
- A collaborative, innovative, and problem-solving approach.
- We will consider newly qualified occupational therapists with a background in health, social care, housing or voluntary sector.Essential Qualifications- BSc in Occupational Therapy or Diploma of the College of Occupational Therapists
