- Deliver minor illness clinics as part of the urgent care team.
- Working closely with GP colleagues, the minor illness clinician will deliver minor illness clinics.
- Providing assessment, treatment, screening, health education services and advice to patients.
- Long term condition case management.
- Dealing with minor illness and injury.
- Diagnosing, prescribing and referring.
- Rated as Outstanding by CQC
- Part of a Primary Care Network
- 6 GP Partners, 10 Salaried GPs 2 GP Trainer/Practice Educators
- Support for both Student Nurses, Student Paramedics and Medical Students
- Urgent Care Team
- SystmOne Practice

- A relevant nursing degree.
- Current NMC registration with an active PIN.
- Run autonomous minor illness clinics.
- Experience and competence in managing a general practice caseload.
- Prescribe products to meet the needs of patients within the practice population.

- Knowledge, and experience of its application, in supporting long-term conditions.
- Insight and understanding of current issues in nursing and the wider NHS.
- A relevant nursing degree.
- Current NMC registration with an active PIN.
