
People Officer

- Providing support to the firm on all People related activities, including but not limited to probations, absence, performance, onboarding etc.
- Supporting the delivery of the People Business Plan and associated projects which involves things such as, wellbeing initiatives, performance reviews, recruitment, engagement activities, etc.
- Working closely with a team of People Advisors, Payroll Manager and People Administrator to ensure accurate and timely data is captured within our HRIS as well as supporting the management of our busy People Team inbox.
- Maintaining and supporting the development of our HRIS by ensuring data is up to date, accurate, and GDPR compliant. You'll ensure that workflows and system processes are supporting efficient and effective people related activities.
- Supporting the delivery of People Team induction to new joiners, which take place on a fortnightly basis.
- Experience working within a HR Assistant role or similar role.
- The ability to build credibility and strong relationships with key stakeholders across our firm.
- The ability to work autonomously and independently ensuring workloads are effectively managed and communicated.
- A CIPD Level 3 qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
