- Administer and respond to queries to ensure efficient communication across the team and with stakeholders.
- Support customer account access requests for EMBER.
- Capture, manage, and analyse data to forecast operations and provide actionable insights.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel to communicate key performance metrics.
- Assist in the organisation of team resources to ensure optimal productivity and workflow.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of team processes, procedures, and reporting methods.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver accurate, timely information.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualisation).
- Experience in Power BI for reporting and data visualisation (desirable).
- Familiarity with data management principles, including data accuracy, integrity, and reporting.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in administrative or technical support roles within a team setting.
