They can offer flexible locum assignments tailored to your schedule and preferences. This role is on a 3 months contract with potential to extend. This role pays a competitive rate of: PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.48 £48.87 per hour Umbrella - £50-£55 per hour Responsibilities as an Employment Solicitor: Advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements Handling Employment Tribunal claims, including case preparation and advocacy Advising on TUPE, redundancies, disciplinary procedures, and grievance matters Supporting HR teams, senior managers, and external clients as required About you as an Employment Solicitor: Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with valid practising certificate Proven experience in employment law (private practice or public sector) Confident handling own caseload independently Strong drafting and negotiation skills Tribunal advocacy experience is advantageous Benefits: Competitive hourly rates, paid weekly Remote and hybrid working opportunities Flexible hours Ready to Take the Next Step?
