Plan and deliver tailored learning programmes that meet the individual needs of SEND learners.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies to support learner progress and wellbeing.
Design and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), identifying gaps in knowledge and providing tailored support in literacy, numeracy, and digital skills.
Travel across Hampshire to deliver sessions in various settings, ensuring accessibility and consistency of support.
Contribute to learner reviews, EHCP targets, and progression planning.

Proven experience working with SEND learners in an educational or training setting.
Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and person-centred approaches.
Ability to travel county-wide and manage a flexible schedule.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
