This is a part-time role (3 days per week) delivering high-quality, inclusive learning opportunities to young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across Hampshire.The Role:Hampshire Achieves is part of the Participation & Lifelong Learning service within Hampshire County Council's Children's Services Directorate.   • Plan and deliver tailored learning programmes that meet the individual needs of SEND learners.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies to support learner progress and wellbeing.
  • Design and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), identifying gaps in knowledge and providing tailored support in literacy, numeracy, and digital skills.
  • Travel across Hampshire to deliver sessions in various settings, ensuring accessibility and consistency of support.
  • Contribute to learner reviews, EHCP targets, and progression planning.
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience working with SEND learners in an educational or training setting.
  • Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and person-centred approaches.
  • Ability to travel county-wide and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
