- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely bookings are made with shipping/airlines
- Identify and liaise with freight forwarding partner for any issues/exceptions with inbound shipments
- Pull reports, identify and investigate issues
- Pinpoint and track priority shipments
- Controlled import and export (air and sea) Documentation collation, including customs declarations
- Microsoft Office proficiency: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Strong admin and data entry skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
