No problem.We provide full support, including free training, CPD courses, and experience days, so you can step into the role with confidence and enthusiasm.Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:
  • Support students with additional or complex learning needs within the classroom
  • Provide 1:1 and small group interventions, both academically and emotionally
  • Help maintain a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to remove learning barriers
