Act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and telephone enquiries, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome.Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, handling incoming and outgoing post, and maintaining accurate records.Assist with pupil data management, attendance monitoring, and updating school systems.Support staff with the preparation of documents, reports, and resources.Coordinate meeting arrangements, including scheduling, agendas, and minute-taking.Help maintain an organised and efficient office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and filing systems are up to date.Work with colleagues across the school to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, particularly during busy periods such as events, trips, and reporting deadlines.Manage competing tasks effectively, keeping track of priorities and deadlines.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a busy office or customer service setting.Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.A good eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.Proficiency with basic IT systems such as email, spreadsheets, and databases.A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.Why This Role?
