As part of a committed and collaborative MFL department, you will:
- Teach French, Spanish and/or German across KS3-KS4, tailoring your approach to different abilities and learning styles.
- Deliver vibrant, culturally-rich lessons that go beyond vocabulary and grammar.
- Foster a classroom environment where curiosity, respect, and international-mindedness thrive.
- Engage in wider school life, contributing to enrichment activities, language clubs, trips, and cross-curricular projects.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, PGCE, QTLS or equivalent in MFL).
- Experience teaching one or more of French, Spanish, or German at secondary level.
- A commitment to inclusive education and high student achievement.
- Strong behaviour management with a nurturing, student-centred approach.
- A genuine enthusiasm for languages and the ability to communicate that passion in every lesson.
