- Develop, negotiate, and profitably sell business within own authority and in line with Lansdown’s strategy.
- Plan, prioritise and manage individual own work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to all Company, regulatory and compliance guideline requirements.
- Be professional when representing the Company at external events e.g. conferences or client visits (as required).
- To service new and existing Lansdown clients – Commercial/Residential Property.
- Good understanding of property insurance.
- Ability to develop relationships with clients, agents, insurers etc.
- Proven sales ability, Market, Industry and Company knowledge.
- Work well within a team especially under pressure.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance.
- Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma in Insurance (or willing to work towards).
