- Split Happens – a supportive community platform for young people, powered by an AI chatbot, helping individuals aged 13 to 30-year-old navigate their parents’ separation and explore their own relationships.
- Product strategy and vision's translation: You'll create a clear product roadmap based on user insights and business objectives championing users’ needs especially in community and life-stage product spaces.
- Product development and delivery: You'll define priorities, scope, and success metrics for each initiative, ensure products are intuitive, engaging, and optimised for growth and retention as well as iterate quickly based on analytics, feedback, and testing.
- Community & user experience focus: You'll build products that foster meaningful engagement, trust, and a sense of belonging by collaborating with content and marketing teams to ensure experiences resonate with target audiences.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent) delivering successful digital products
- Experience of working on community-based products: apps, digital hubs, life-stage platforms, or similar
- Experience of delivering products balancing user needs with business objectives
- Experience of using data and research to guide decisions
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment where priorities can shift
- Excellent communication and collaborating skills as well as ability to bring teams and stakeholders with you.
- Experience in legal, relationships, wellbeing, or tech-for-good sectors
- Familiarity with subscription models, content strategies, or AI-driven features
- Experience with tools like Jira, Notion, or equivalent.
