Responsibilities:
  • Lead product development from concept to launch
  • Manage the full product lifecycle and performance
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Produce technical packs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to shape strategy
  • Drive continuous improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a product management or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Commercial awareness with a results-driven approach
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
