Aligned with our approach to business improvement and development, the opportunities for personal growth, training and skills development are plentiful.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Building Surveyor, you will work across a wide range of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting building surveys and producing detailed reports
Preparing schedules of condition and dilapidation
Managing repair and refurbishment projects from inception to completion
Advising clients on design, construction, maintenance, and repair
Assisting with party wall matters and building regulations compliance
Supporting junior team members and contributing to APC development (if applicable)
