- Provide day-to-day admin support across the business
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy for reporting
- Assist with projects such as systems improvements and adviser onboarding
- Help streamline processes and workflows
- Support communications with advisers, providers, and third parties
- Experience in a financial services administration / operations role.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in mortgages, life insurance, protection planning, and general insurance is an advantage.
- Confident with Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communicator, able to work in a fast-paced environment
