- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and objectives.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Prepare project updates, reports, and documentation to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support project evaluation, benefits tracking, and closure.
- Align with established project management practices and tools.
- Experience delivering projects or managing key project workstreams.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrixed teams.
- Familiarity with project methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMP) is helpful.
- Comfortable using tools like MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Exceptional organisational, planning, and communication skills.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems effectively.
- Confident creating clear documentation, reports, and presentations.
