We’re on the lookout for a Technical Product Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role goes far beyond delivering features, it’s about shaping the technology that powers our platform. You’ll be shaping the technology to create a seamless experience for both our customers and the energy specialists who support them.This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in a high stakes sector. While experience in energy flexibility or regulated environments is a bonus, what really matters is your product craft and passion for solving hard technical problems.If you thrive on ambiguity, love bringing clarity to chaos and can balance innovation with the realities of a structured corporate environment, this could be your next big challenge.Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery through execution, ensuring integrations deliver consistent, high-quality experiencesManage the technical aspects of our partnerships, enabling smooth integrations with third-party systemsAct as the strategic product voice in engineering-heavy conversations, balancing present delivery with a long-term vision that keeps future options openChampion your product vision, inspiring teams and stakeholders across the businessTake an iterative, experimental approach to development, driving rapid learning and adaptationPlay a leading role in the Product Community: sharing insights, supporting peers, and raising the bar for product managementAre we the perfect match?Significant experience in product management, with a track record of leading complex, technical product initiativesStrong product fundamentals — using discovery, prioritisation and strategy to guide decisions in uncertain, high-complexity environmentsProven ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams on integrations and technical architectureStrategic mindset: you can deliver for today while designing with the future in mindExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teamsComfort working in ambiguity, with the ability to find clarity and direction in volatile marketsTools we use (helpful, but not essential): Jira, AWS, Google Suite, Mixpanel, MiroWhat makes this role differentYou’ll be shaping the integration layer — not just front-end features.
