
Technical Support Analyst (Excel, Data Analysis & Reporting)

- Be the primary owner for all the data and technical tasks for the Quota Share Facility.
- Produce analysis and reporting on slips and endorsements as well as investigating breaks and queries.
- Input risk data (original risks plus endorsements) into facility databases ensuring integrity of data and keeping within team Key Performance Indicators.
- Extract data from the system and provide it in a clear format for senior colleagues.
- Knowledge of all Microsoft office products with heavy reference to Excel / Word / PowerPoint
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised and methodical in approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- Happy to work with large volumes of data
- Strong data management experience ideally within analysis and reporting
- Good Excel especially with Pivot tables, Look-ups and Formulas
- Knowledge of Class of Business (ideally Property)
- Data Analysis, Processing and Reporting experience
- Experience in the insurance market
