- Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.
- Provide first and second-line support for Dynamics Business Central applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Work with the IT team to manage and prioritize support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Dynamics Business Central solutions.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful deployment of new features and updates.
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to support end-users in utilizing Dynamics Business Central effectively.
- Manage and coordinate small to medium-sized projects related to Dynamics Business Central.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Proficiency in Dynamics Business Central and its various modules.
- Experience with application support and troubleshooting in a business environment.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and other relevant tools is a plus.
- Financial background would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyse complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
