This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative professional with proven experience in Point Of Sale (POS) and retail environments, working with some of the world’s leading health and beauty brands.About the RoleYou will be instrumental in crafting innovative retail experiences, translating brand visions into compelling 3D concepts. Your talents will support both client presentations and internal development, ensuring the seamless delivery of ideas from concept through to production. Collaborating closely with senior designers, account managers, and technical teams, you will help shape the visual identity of high-profile campaigns across the UK and internationally.Key Responsibilities
  • Take briefs from senior design teams, clients, and account managers, translating them into actionable creative concepts.
  • Research and interpret current trends, consumer behaviour, and market insights to inform your designs.
  • Present concepts confidently in meetings and pitch sessions, engaging stakeholders with compelling storytelling.
  • Use your freehand sketching and rendering skills to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Develop visual concepts using 3DS Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Cloud, with SketchUp as a beneficial addition.
  • Interpret brand identities to produce concepts that resonate with target audiences, adhering to visual and marketing strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with 2D and technical designers to evolve concepts into workable designs, ensuring creative intent is maintained through to delivery.
  • Share knowledge and support the development of junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Maintain a proactive, adaptable approach to meet fast-paced industry demands.

  • A seasoned professional with a strong portfolio demonstrating retail design and POS experience.
  • Creative and curious, with an eye for innovative design and trend spotting.
  • Calm, positive, and highly motivated, thriving in challenging project environments.
  • Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Strong graphic design sensibilities, with an understanding of branding and visual identity.
  • Proficient in 3DS Max, V-Ray, Adobe CC, and ideally SketchUp.
  • Solid knowledge of materials, construction processes, and design technicalities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and mentorship mindset.
  • Commercially aware, with a portfolio that showcases versatility across retail environments and marketing.
