This is a rare opportunity to join an industry leader, working with some of the world’s biggest health and beauty brands.About the RoleAs a highly creative and passionate designer, you will be a key player in a vibrant team that thrives on innovation and excellence. This position requires a results-oriented individual who is looking to elevate their career in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret design briefs from senior team members, account managers, and clients.
  • Conduct research and gather insights on customer psychology and behaviours to inform design concepts.
  • Present and articulate your concepts and research convincingly to clients during external meetings and pitch presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, ensuring their vision aligns with the project’s goals.
  • Work closely with 2D and Technical designers to ensure the creative intent is maintained throughout development and production phases.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
The Ideal Candidate
  • You possess a naturally curious mindset, with a keen interest in emerging design trends.
  • Maintain a calm, positive demeanor while tackling challenging projects.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of marketing and brand communications.
  • Show proficiency in 3DS Max/V-Ray and Adobe Creative Cloud; Sketch-up knowledge is a plus.
  • Have excellent freehand sketching and rendering skills to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Own a strong commercial portfolio that showcases diverse retail design and marketing projects.
  • Possess a well-rounded understanding of materials, processes, and construction methods for design execution.
