Position: Service Manager – PBS Lead
Hours: Full Time
Setting: Adult LD & Autism
Location: CroydonYour responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage supported living services for adults with complex needs
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding policies
- Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans
- Supervise, train, and motivate a multidisciplinary team
- Manage rotas, budgets, and occupancy levels
- Coordinate with social workers, healthcare professionals, and commissioners
- Monitor service quality through audits and feedback
- Proven leadership experience in learning disability/autism services
- Strong knowledge of PBS principles and behaviour management
- Understanding of CQC requirements and safeguarding procedures
- Ability to manage staff, budgets, and service operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
