You will play a critical role in leading cross functional teams such as, EH&S, Quality, Engineering and operations to identify inefficiencies, implement Lean/ CI practices and co-ordinate key projects from initiation to commissioning. This is an opportunity to join the business during a period of significant transformation and growth to make a difference.Job DescriptionWhat you will be leading:Safety And Compliance – Ensure all project and improvement activity is led in a safe manner protecting our people and product, adhering to company policies, procedures and industry regulations.Process Optimization – Use GE’s FLIGHTDECK system to monitor KPI’s. Identify bottlenecks and implement Continuous Improvement projects driving Improved Safety, Quality, Delivery and productivity metrics.Project Support: Assist in the development of project Scope, action plans and work with OEM to define specification meeting business needs.Coordination: Coordinate project activities across different business functions, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met whilst working within Budget.Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to key stakeholders and Value Stream Leaders.Meeting Management & Communication: Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate minutes.
