Our site in Barton are looking for a motivated Continuous Improvement Coordinator to help embed a culture of continuous improvement across our Aerospace operations.Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?As a key member of our CI team, you'll work alongside the Continuous Improvement Manager to:
  • Build and manage a pipeline of improvement initiatives across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people
  • Support the tracking and reporting of CI progress through clear, concise reports and presentations
  • Assist in the delivery of key business priorities including SCA (Service, Cost, Agility), HSEQ standards, and service level optimisation
  • Champion best practice and help foster a mindset of innovation and operational excellence
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We're looking for someone who is analytical, well-organised, and naturally curious about how things can be done better. You should be comfortable working with data, processes and able to adapt to different operational environments. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll need to translate complex ideas and improvements into clear business benefits.
