- Full-funnel digital acquisition strategy – Paid Social, PPC, SEO, CRO, email marketing, and organic social.
- Performance optimisation – Lower CAC, improve ROAS, and maximise LTV.
- Lifecycle marketing – Build and optimise CRM, segmentation, and automated journeys (Klaviyo or similar).
- Website acquisition elements – Landing pages, content scheduling, conversion tactics.
- Team growth – Manage and mentor a marketing exec, with scope to expand as results grow.
- Budget & reporting – Own allocation, track ROI, and report directly to senior leadership.
- 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing / digital acquisition for D2C or e-commerce brands.
- Proven track record in CRM and email marketing.
- Strategic yet hands-on approach – able to set the vision and deliver.
- Strong commercial mindset – fluent in ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics.
