We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.To gain this roll you need to be able to provide a comprehensive and efficient administration service for the Senior Charge Nurses/Lead Nurses in the theatre and recovery departments of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow.The admin assistant must have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of staff including nursing, surgeons, anaesthetists, coordinators, and administrators.The post holder must have excellent interpersonal skills to demonstrate an all-round professional attitude, and have the ability to work independently whilst being part of a larger team and be able to use their initiative. Experience of Microsoft Office packages, including word, excel and outlook is essential. The post holder would be expected to input data onto systems and run reports.
