Based in Dyce, this 10 months' contract for an Operations Coordinator is ideal for junior candidates at the beginning of their career ready to take on a new challenge and expand their skillset. Working within the Buoyancy and Ballast Department, you will be responsible for workshop organisation, administrative reporting and certification duties, and supporting with QHSSE documentation.Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing workshop stock issuance, organising regular stocktakes, and coordinating orders for related equipment.
Producing hire quotations, managing CRM entries and follow-ups, and generating maintenance reports for hire fleets.
Maintaining certification records, ensuring adherence to QHSSE policies and procedures including reporting and supporting documentation.
This role is suitable for early career professionals who come with transferrable skills and a strong work ethic. Introductory experience and basic exposure to similar roles and industries is advantageous.
