An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading independent Property & Construction Consultancy in their thriving London office (Farringdon), home to over 100 professionals.With a strong reputation for delivering complex and high-profile schemes, this is a rare chance to work on standout projects across the commercial, retail, industrial, refurbishment and fit-out sectors – including major schemes for Amazon, Screwfix and The Crown Estate.The Senior Quantity Surveyor RoleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be part of a nationally respected cost consultancy team, working alongside like-minded professionals in a business that’s run by Quantity Surveyors – meaning they truly understand your role and only bid for the kind of work that excites and challenges their staff.You will be responsible for delivering projects from inception to completion, providing expert pre and post-contract cost advice across a variety of schemes, including industrial sheds, large-scale refurbishments, and high-end commercial fit outs.This is a consultancy where your voice is heard, your career is taken seriously, and your work-life balance is respected.   • A relevant construction related degree qualification
  • MRICS is a must
  • Strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Construction Consultancy
  • A successful track record leading projects, pre and post contract, to completion
  • Good knowledge of building contracts including JCT
  • Strong understanding of JCT contracts (NEC experience beneficial)
  • Commercial awareness and confident client-facing skills
  • Track record of delivering projects across industrial, commercial, and/or fit out sectors
