- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Experience in managing financial operations within the property industry or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools to streamline operations.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate financial information effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
