Every week, we collect insights from our customers in the UK, US, Germany, and beyond, and we need a Trade Analyst who can turn that information into meaningful actions. Reporting into the Senior Trade Manager, you’ll help us understand the drivers behind our business performance, track progress against growth plans, and identify opportunities to adjust course or seize new potential.Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton officeWhat You Will DoProvide clear, accurate and transparent analysis at business and market level, highlighting the key drivers of performance.Support product and merchandising teams with actionable insights that inform decision-making.Create aggregated monthly reports and build a compelling narrative around the “why” behind the numbers.Analyse the results of new tests, delivering practical recommendations and next steps.Develop and enhance trade reports to provide ongoing insight, while enabling self-serve where possible.Partner with the Business Intelligence team to design and improve impactful reporting tools.Collaborate with analysts across the business to share best practices and ensure a joined-up approach to analytics.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in an analytical role, ideally within retail.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Proficiency in SQL.Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.A genuine passion for digging beneath the surface to uncover the true drivers of performance.Excellent data storytelling skills, able to turn analysis into clear, actionable insight.What We OfferCompetitive salary & targeted annual bonus scheme.Generous Boden clothing allowance!30% discount on all current clothing ranges.25 days Holiday annually, plus Bank Holidays.Online Portal with an array of discounts on retail & entertainment.Virtual GP Service for you and your household!Free onsite parking and subsidised café.We want Boden to be the place everyone wants to work.
