The role of Trade Analyst within a Global Commodities firm is to support current trader with analysing real life data. Sat in the front office with progression opportunities
  • Accurate and timely updates to the trading capture system throughout the life of each deal
  • Daily analysis and reporting of earnings, exposure and mark to market to advise and explain business performance
  • Working closely with team members in trading, finance, risk control and operations to manage and understand commodity earnings and exposure
  • Working as part of global teams to identify and implement process improvements utilising new digital solutions
Front Office Trade Analyst position within Global Commodities FirmAnalysing real time data to support LNG traderA successful Trade Analyst should have:
  • Excellent academic background - STEM degree from Russell group university
  • 12-24 months experience within an analyst role either from Financial Services or Energy sector
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
This opportunity within my client is within a team that provides commercial support to their crude oil, products and natural gas production operations and to their refining and marketing network
