- Manage the end-to-end litigation process against a known party
- Draft and file legal correspondence, claims, and responses
- Communicate with the courts, opposing parties, and involved stakeholders
- Work with founder/client to build a clean, strong, and compelling case
- Adapt and respond as the case evolves (ADR, settlement, or escalation)
- A recently licensed solicitor, or an experienced paralegal with litigation exposure
- Someone hungry for experience, visibility, and results
- Fluent in English; clear, strategic communicator
- Able to manage case momentum with minimal hand-holding
- Bonus: interest in commercial or civil disputes, or familiarity with small claims or contractual disputes in UK courts
- This is a hybrid structure:
- Fixed stipend (project-based) +
