- Reinvent the Core by streamlining onboarding and conversion work and eliminating redundancies.
- Expand the Core by implementing scalable solutions across the Alpha platform.
- Support large projects and lead smaller initiatives to meet program milestones.
- Manage communications, risks, and issue resolution with stakeholders and sponsors.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools for tracking.
- Support client relationships, anticipate needs, and serve as a secondary contact.
- Present ideas clearly and address objections effectively.
- Collaborate across teams to share best practices and improve client migration capabilities.
- Create and review process diagrams to represent systems and dependencies.
- Streamline workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build effective networks and navigate a large, global organization.
- Demonstrate strong time management, presentation, and communication skills across all level
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.

- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services or related roles (e.g., business analysis, implementation, project management).
- Experience with reconciliation tools and industry knowledge is a plus.
- Flexibility to work late shifts, weekends, or extended hours during client conversions and project deadlines.
