- Understands market and customer requirements as well as global and local standards and certifications in the Early Stream Emissions Earthing and Lightning and grounding systems, conducting analyses of market size, trends, and competitor offerings.
- Manages technical specifications and supports business cases for product development and cost reduction.
- Prepares market communication materials and clarifies offering positioning within the portfolio.
- Provides sales support, participates in customer meetings, and attends trade shows as needed, in collaboration with the factory and the rest of the organization.
- Develops training materials for internal and external stakeholders in site.
- Drives technical solutions and maintains the product management cycle for assigned offerings.
- Proposes new developments to meet customer needs and contributes to marketing tools.
- Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and other internal teams to support new offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- Education in electrical engineering or similar areas.
- Mandatory fluent in English and French (both written and speaking)
- Ability to work independently and remotely
